علاج التعافي بعد الأمراض الفيروسية وكوفيد بالأيورفيدا

كيف ندعم التعافي
دعم الهضم: طعام خفيف ودافئ وسهل الهضم، وأعشاب لاستعادة الشهية.
راسايانا: رعاية عشبية مجددة لاستعادة القوة والمناعة.
علاجات لطيفة: أبهيانجام والبخار العشبي لآلام الجسم والاسترخاء، عندما تسمح حالتك.
تنظيم النشاط: عودة تدريجية إلى النشاط دون إجهاد مبكر.
النوم: روتين ثابت يساعد الجسم على الترميم.
